Defective ItemsYou can always return items if they are defective. Defective items are the only items that can be returned after being opened within 10 days, see how to return an item below.

For reasons of hygiene, personal products etc cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. |
Exchanging and Replacing ItemsWe suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back as soon as possible for a refund (within 10 days).

All Other ItemsWe are able to accept the return of all other items subject to them being in their original condition with all tags/tickets intact on costumes. If you return goods as detailed, within 10 days, we issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or items less postage and packing which is not refundable.

Securely package and send to the address below, enclosing a note of why you are returning the item. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box (if any), with all warranty, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:
