How To Shop
We have tried to keep our category listing as user friendly as possible, our childrens and adults costumes are in the same area. On the left hand side of the screen you will see our deparment categories listed, some categories have sub categories. TV and Film Costumes for instance is spread over many pages, towards the top of the screen it will show you the page numbers, just click next or view the various categories down the left hand side of the screen.
Alternative you can enter a search phrase, just type what your looking for in the search box, if we have something on our site which matches your search it will show the results. Simply click to view the product. The search box as shown left can be found in the top left hand corner of our website.
International Orders We are happy to send overseas and our shipping charges may be found in our shipping information section. Delivery times vary and are also shown in this section. Lighter weight and smaller dimension parcels are sent by Airmail. Large and heavier parcels are normally sent by Parcel Force surface mail so may take slightly longer. We do offer a Fedex alternative.
We may sometimes ship certain items seperately to speed up the delivery process.
Outside of the UK we ship to
European Countries, and most other European Countries Australia United States of America Canada New Zealand South Africa Japan Hong Kong
We do not charge import taxes or VAT on non UK orders, you may therefore be liable for import duties, these will be charged by your local authorities prior to delivery if applicable.
If your Country is not listed in our shipping destinations please email us to enquire, this may be due to high shipping charges or instances of parcels going missing
Large Orders If your organising a large fancy dress party and looking to order a number of costumes or accessories, or perhaps you are getting married and need stag night costumes or hen night accessories.
If so we are happy to offer a discount, this can be done two ways, either one person may place one order and we can supply you with a coupon code, or we can give you a fancy dress coupon code which you can share with your group and will deduct the relevent percentage or sum off your order.
Don't be shy, just email us and tell us roughly what sort of items you are looking to buy and quantity and we can make our best offer to you.
The only reason we ask what sort of items you are looking for is there may be offers coming up on certain lines which will allow us to give you a better deal.
Don't forget to send us pictures of your event, providing they are suitable we will publish these on our site, remember to give us a few words telling us about your event.

Defective Items You can always return items if they are defective. Defective items are the only items that can be returned after being opened within 10 days, see how to return an item below.

For reasons of hygiene, personal products etc cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. Exchanging and Replacing Items We suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back as soon as possible for a refund (within 10 days).

All Other Items We are able to accept the return of all other items subject to them being in their original condition with all tags/tickets intact on costumes. If you return goods as detailed, within 10 days, we issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or items less postage and packing which is not refundable.

Securely package and send to the address below, enclosing a note of why you are returning the item. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box (if any), with all warranty, licences, manuals and accessories. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items so that you have proof of postage in case the package gets lost in transit.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights School and Charity Orders If you are a school, charity, church, nursary or non-profit group looking to place a order with an official purchase order (PO), please download the order form (link below) and send it to us by fax or email (details at the end of this section)
Alternativly request that an account is set up for you, this will allow you to place orders at Funwarehouse and pay by cheque. You will be set a credit limit according to status. If you are not a Local Authority School or registered charity we may require additional information in order to allow a credit account.
Credit accounts must be settled within 30 days of the invoice, a charge of 2% per month will be applied to overdue account.
Please note that where live stock levels are shown on our website and your send your order by fax, we cannot guarantee availability until your order has been processed through out system.
